Hello everyone,

I have some very exciting news! My long time coach and friend Duke Roufus, a four time World kickboxing champion, will be teaching at the CFC Gym on January 10th to the 12th.

Duke is one of the most sought after trainers in the UFC and is considered by many in the martial arts industry as one of the top trainers in the world.

Duke has been instrumental in building the curriculum at the CKMTC/CFC Gym since 2002 and he has taught at our gym countless times over the years.

Duke has spent years creating a belt system to help students set goals and see progress in their training. We are proud to incorporate Duke’s belt system into our kickboxing program at CFC Gym. All students will now have dry-fit belt shirts as part of their uniforms.

Duke and I will be assessing all CFC Gym kickboxing students and placing them into their respective belts while he is in Winnipeg. There will be no charge for the belt assessment and training with Duke.
Since the CFC Gym is the Canadian affiliate school of Roufusport, CFC Gym students will have the oppurtunity to train with Duke Roufus multiple times throughout the year at no cost. This is yet another great privilege of training at the CFC Gym!
